How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

We offer Free Standard Shipping worldwide on all orders with no minimum spend required.

  • US Orders: Once processed (1–3 business days), domestic delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery takes approximately 7 to 21 business days, depending on your local customs and postal services.
  • You can track every step of your shipment in real time using the carrier link sent via email or directly through the Shop App.
What is your return and refund policy?

We provide a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered.

  • To qualify for a return, lighting fixtures must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and contain all parts, accessories, and instruction manuals.
  • If your return is approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after the package is received and inspected at our warehouse.
What should I do if my lighting fixture arrives damaged?

Because lighting fixtures, glass pendants, and chandeliers are delicate items, we carefully pack each piece in protective shock-absorbing molds. However, if any damage occurs during shipping:

  • Please contact our support team at ramirezjoshuavpnwu7318@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.   
  • Include photos or a quick video showing the shipping box, the tracking label, and the damaged part.
  • We will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund at zero additional cost to you.
Do the light fixtures come with bulbs and mounting hardware?

Mounting Hardware: Yes, all our ceiling lights, chandeliers, and wall sconces include standard mounting plates, screws, and installation hardware required for setup.

Bulbs: Most fixtures with standard sockets (e.g., E26/E12) do not include bulbs unless explicitly stated in the product description, allowing you to choose your preferred color temperature (warm white, daylight) and dimming preference. Our integrated LED products and cordless lamps feature built-in light sources and include charging cables.

How do cordless and rechargeable lamps work?

Our portable and cordless lamps feature built-in high-capacity rechargeable batteries.

  • Each lamp comes with a USB charging cable.
  • A full charge typically takes 3 to 5 hours and delivers between 8 to 24 hours of ambient light (depending on the brightness setting).
  • Most cordless models also feature touch-sensitive controls or multi-level dimming options for easy adjustment.
